Within 14 business days, a refund will be issued for the original amount paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping fees (if applicable).<br><br><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can exchange for sizes, colours, or any other items available at the website.<br><br><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conditions to receive a full refund on your returns:<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>All items must be received within 25 days of receipt date.<\/li>\n\n<li>All items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed and unused with the original tags and packaging.<\/li>\n\n<li>Returned items must not be altered.<\/li>\n\n<li>If the product has a major failure, the consumer has the right to choose between a replacement or a refund. If the product has a minor failure, the business can choose to give the consumer a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.<\/li>\n\n<li>Refunds are only processed from our head office. Stores are not authorised to process refunds.<br><br><\/li><\/ol><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shipping information<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">.
